The Bombay High Court on Wednesday stayed the order of income tax authorities attaching bank accounts of Coca-Cola for recovery of outstanding tax dues to the tune of Rs 77 crore.
A division bench of Bombay High Court today dismissed the appeal filed by the producer of Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi seeking to stay the termination notice served by the television channel Star TV, on which the serial airs.
